Where We Ship

  • We deliver nationwide within South Africa.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on orders over R1,000 within South Africa.
  • For orders under R1000, a flat rate of R80 applies.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from our warehouse at:
    28 Penchartz Road, Harveston AH, Roodepoort, Johannesburg, 1724, South Africa.
  • Estimated delivery times (South Africa):
    • Once dispatched, delivery is expected within 1–4 days.

Note: Delivery times may be affected by holidays, remote locations, or unforeseen courier delays. We will notify you if there are any disruptions.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package via Courier Guy’s tracking portal.


Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours at hello@suiwerhealth.co.za or +27 76 414 1273.
  2. Provide your order number and photos of any damage.
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

FAQs

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, if your order has not yet shipped. Please contact us immediately.

What if I’m not home for delivery?
Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, they will leave a note so you can reschedule or collect from a designated pickup point.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, for standard shipping within South Africa.
